Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms of Service explain how Briteline Studio works with clients and what you agree to when you use our website, book a consultation, approve a quote, pay an invoice or work with us.
Briteline Studio provides virtual assistant and business support services, including administrative support, customer support, recruitment assistance, website updates and other agreed business services. You can contact us at hello@britelinestudio.com or visit www.britelinestudio.com.
By using our website, submitting an enquiry, booking a consultation, approving a proposal, accepting a quote, paying a deposit or agreeing to work with us by email or message, you agree to these Terms of Service.
The exact services included in your support package or project will be confirmed in writing before work begins. This may include administrative support, inbox management, diary management, customer support, recruitment administration, website updates, data entry, research, document preparation or other agreed business support. Any work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
Prices will be agreed before work begins. A £100 deposit is required to secure your booking, together with a £1.73 administration fee to cover payment processing. Once the scope of work has been agreed, payment may be made weekly, monthly at the end of each calendar month or upon completion of the agreed project, depending on the service provided and the payment arrangement agreed with the client. The £100 deposit will be deducted from your final invoice. If, following the consultation, both parties decide not to proceed, the £100 deposit will be refunded in full. The £1.73 administration fee is non-refundable.
Any third-party costs are not included unless clearly stated. This may include software subscriptions, CRM systems, email platforms, website hosting, domain names, advertising costs, payment processing fees or other business tools. These remain the responsibility of the client.
Clients are responsible for providing the information, access, documents, login details, files, feedback and approvals needed for us to carry out the agreed work. Delays in providing this information may result in delays to the agreed timescales.
Any completion dates or delivery times are estimates unless confirmed otherwise in writing. While we always aim to complete work within the agreed timeframe, delays may occur due to late information, feedback, approvals, payments, third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Reasonable revisions are included where appropriate and will be confirmed before work begins. Additional work, changes outside the agreed scope or requests made after approval may be quoted and charged separately.
If you choose to cancel after work has started, any payment already made may not be refundable where time and resources have already been committed. If work completed exceeds the amount already paid, an invoice may be issued for the remaining balance. If Briteline Studio cancels the agreement, any refund will be based on the work completed up to that point.
Any documents, templates, systems, processes or materials created specifically for your business become your property once full payment has been received. Until then, all work remains the property of Briteline Studio. Third-party software, templates and services remain subject to their own licence terms.
Briteline Studio may use trusted third-party platforms to deliver its services. These may include Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Calendly, Wix, payment providers, CRM systems, email platforms, communication tools, project management software and other business applications. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services, including outages, technical faults, pricing changes or changes to their terms.
Where we manage customer enquiries, calendars, appointments, recruitment tasks or business administration on your behalf, we will carry out the agreed work with reasonable care and skill. However, you remain responsible for reviewing important business information, approving key decisions and ensuring any information supplied to us is accurate.
While our services are designed to save time, improve organisation and support your business, we cannot guarantee specific business results, including increased revenue, customer growth, sales or enquiries. Business performance depends on many factors outside our control.
Any advice or recommendations we provide are intended to support your business operations and should not be considered legal, financial or professional advice. Final business decisions remain the responsibility of the client.
Ongoing support is only provided where agreed in writing. Additional work outside your package or project may be quoted and charged separately.
You agree not to misuse our website, copy our work without permission, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, submit false information, use our services for unlawful purposes or behave in an abusive, threatening or unreasonable manner. We reserve the right to refuse or end our services where necessary.
Briteline Studio will not be liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of data, business interruption or issues arising from third-party services, client error, incorrect information supplied by the client or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
We may display anonymous examples of our work, client feedback, testimonials or case studies on our website, social media or marketing materials. If you do not wish your business to be featured, please let us know in writing.
We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. When you contact us, book a consultation or work with us, we may collect and use your information to provide our services and meet our legal obligations.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. The Terms in force when you agree to work with us will normally apply to your project or support agreement.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If a dispute arises, we will always aim to resolve it fairly and professionally before taking any formal action.
